We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Gift Cards are not refundable.

To start a return, send an email to info@bymajime.com with the following information: 

1. order number 
2. Name on the order 
3. Item(s) you'd like to return 
4. Reason for return (optional), but helps us improve!) 
5. Confirmation that the item is unworn and in original condition 

Once we received this information we'll send you an email with the return instructions. 

- Take the package to your nearest post office and return your items by using a track and trace code. Once we received your item, your return will be processed and you will get your full refund of the item(s). 

* Please be aware that orders placed for delivery outside the EU may be subject to additional government duties and fees at the customs authorities of the country of destination. These fees must be paid by the customer.
